Return Policy
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Item unused, in original packaging, with any tags, pouches or sheaths included.
- Order number or proof of purchase required.
- Blades and cutting tools must be returned with their protective cover.
- Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
How to return
Write through the contact page with the order number and the reason. We reply with return instructions within one working day.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 5 working days. Shipping is refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.
